The mean calories burned per minute of boxing, based on the list of four actives, shown below, for an average male, weighing 190 pounds (86 kG) is 13 calories per minute. The average burnt boxing per minute for an average female, weighing 163 pounds (74 kg) is 11 calories per minute.
The boxing calories are given for a range of actives from boxing, in the ring, general to boxing, shadow boxing hitting the heavy bag. The burnt calories will be based mainly on your weight. The intensity of your activity and the duration of the activity, which in this case is boxing.
Based on the list of boxing activities, shown below. The average calories burned for an average male, weighing 190 pounds (86 kg) is 797 calories for one hour of boxing. The average burnt for an average female, weighing 163 pounds (74 kg) is 684 calories for one hour of boxing.
